By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, prior to the commission.

PAYMENT

Please note that complex designs may increase payouts.Payment is after skectch deal .Any payments are made via PAYPAL.
An invoice is sent to your paypal once everything is agreed upon.
RUSH FEE is +50% of the whole commission. I only do maximum 3 revisions of the sketch. When the sketch is approved it is final and can't be changed.
Work In Progress will be given to the commissioners within three days to one week.Your commission settlement time is within a maximum of 1 month.
If the bill hasn't been paid within three days, I'll cancel it with the commission.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

As the artist i hold every right of the produced artwork, so i may use it whatever way i wish, example:
▸ Display the picture anywhere i want, but give credit to the owner of the characters.
▸ Promote myself with it in any placeAs a commissioner you may
▸Repost the art on other sites (with no profit purposes)
▸you can not use the art in whatever merchandising without my permission, but you can print it for personal use.
▸You can discuss the copyright commission.

CANCELLING/REFUNDING POLICY

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for you commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.You are forbidden to evercommission me ever again.
